Fall Weekend Yoga Retreat

This weekend Yoga retreat features Yoga instruction from Beth Reedy,

owner of Vibe and Flow Yoga in beautiful Solon Springs, WI.

Beth Reedy has been teaching Yoga since 2016, and prior to that she was rockin’ Zumba as far back as 2012! She’s definitely a Fitness Fanatic Inspiration! In combination with Awaken, Beth will be sharing her love for some newer popular styles of Yoga including Buti Yoga, a high-intensity fusion of Yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics that combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility in one seamless format. Add Primal Flow, which resembles the re-awakening of our primal nature through the releasing of blocked energy and uniting of the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine in all of us. Yoga techniques and philosophy help to create the perfectly balanced practice of movement and stillness for the Mind, Body, and Soul! Participants at all skill levels are welcome to join Awaken Women’s Wellness and Vibe & Flow Yoga for an enlightening retreat experience.

 Our Philosophy

Our philosophy stems from the belief that true happiness is obtained only when there is harmony between mind, body, and spirit. We feel there is no single magic solution to achieve this balance, but rather a number of small transformations that can have an immense impact on daily life. We are all at varying stages of our journey toward living a happy, balanced life, and the goal of Awaken is to meet you where you are at and promote your progress. This retreat focuses on nourishing the mind through female empowerment, the body through healthy, sustainable food choices, and the spirit through the wonder and beauty supplied in nature. By unplugging and surrounding ourselves with a community of empowered women, mountains can be moved!

 Our Location

Northern Wisconsin is a quiet, serene paradise where you can refocus, relax, and take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy the beauty around you. Awaken retreat is located in the heart of Northern Wisconsin. Awaken retreat takes place at the beautiful Brule River Barn Wedding and Event Center. Accommodations include a cozy and modern log cabin home with all the amenities, beautiful landscaped grounds, and a renovated vintage 80-year-old dairy barn.

Some of the nearby attractions include Pattison State Park, which boasts the largest waterfall in Wisconsin, Big Manitou Falls. A few short minutes away is Amnicon Falls State Park with its historic covered bridge spanning the wild Amnicon River. The area is home to over 300 miles of groomed state hiking trails, the famous sea caves along the Apostle Islands, and miles of Lake Superior shoreline. Come and rediscover yourself at Awaken retreat.

 Our Itinerary

The schedule is designed to help you to get the most out of your time with us. However, should you choose to skip an activity and instead have time to yourself, that is fine too. This weekend is all about you and your personal empowerment.

We strongly suggest you leave your electronic devices in your room during the day to enhance your experience.

***All yoga classes will be led by Beth Reedy, owner of Vibe and Flow Yoga, and held outside by one of the many ponds located on the property or under the beautiful Willow tree. In case of bad weather, classes will be held inside the historic barn located on site at the Brule River Barn Wedding and Event Center.

Friday

***Early check-in, lunch, and guided hike available for an additional fee upon request

Arrive any time after 4pm

5:00pm: Introductions and information on the weekend events

6:00pm: Primal Flow Yoga

7:00pm: Dinner

8:00pm: Yoga Nidra followed by CBD Facials


Saturday

7:00am: Guided Hike

8:30am: Breakfast

***Massages available for an additional fee throughout the day

10:00am-11:00am: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

11:30am-12:00am: Pranayama Workshop & Breath Work—This workshop explains why breath work is important and how it corresponds with Vinyasa

12:30pm: Lunch

2:00pm-2:30pm: Sculpt Yoga

2:30pm-3:30pm: Chakra Workshop—This workshop explains how Chakras correspond to Yoga and how it is incorporated into the HIIT Buti classes

4:00pm-5:00pm: Yin Focused on Chakras

6:00pm: Dinner

7:30pm: Meditation

8:30pm: Games and/or relaxing by a campfire

9:30am-10:30am: Primal Flow Yoga
